Q: What is your shipping time?

A: Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days, not including receiving and processing your order(s). Also keep in mind that since the impact of Covid-19, orders might be delayed.

Q: What carrier is used for shipping?

A: We ship order(s) USPS only.

Q: What are your shipping fees?

A: Shipping fees are determined by the delivery method you have chosen and your location. 

Q: How can we get in contact with someone about an issue?

A: You can email us at info@thisnthatkidz.com You can expect a response within 24-48 hours during the weekday (Mon.-Fri.). All emails sent during the weekend will be checked the following business day.

Q: Can I change my information after I have placed my order?

A: For security reasons once you have placed your order, we will not be able to update any information. Please be sure to thoroughly check all required fields during the checkout process for accuracy. 

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: Our business hours are Monday-Friday 11:00am EST-7:00pm EST. All orders placed before 2:00pm on business days will be shipped the same day!!

Q: What products do you offer?

A: We sell baby and toddler clothing, sunglasses, socks, purses, backpacks, and we plan to expand into more categories soon.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: We only offer exchanges, if the product is in stock. Refunds are only given under certain condtiions.
