Refund/Exchange Policy

All items are non-refundable with the exception for an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. You have 10 days after you've received your package to request for an exchange.
  2. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  3. You will need to provide your order number and also state your reason for exchange.
  4. You are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label and postage fees.

To start the exchange process, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items that are bought from "This&That Kidz Closet" are non-refundable and are sold as is. All items are inspected thoroughly before being added to the site. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sunglasses, sale items or gift cards.

Once we have received your package and checked the conditions of the item(s), we will quickly process and ship your order.

*If the item is not in stock, we will contact you by the email we have on file.

*You have two options on how you would want to move forward: 

  1. Purchase an item of the same value. If the item, you are exchanging cost "$1.00" before taxes then you should choose an item of that same value, "$1.00"
  2.  Receive a refund**. If the items sent back do not fall in any of the conditions listed above, unfortunately a refund will not be issued. Items that DO meet those conditions, will be refunded in your original form of payment. 
Refund** Notice: Please keep in mind the processing time your bank takes for the refund to be credited back into your account.
